Godsman joined GAMA Global 20 years ago, where she rose through the ranks to become vice president for corporate and business development. In this role, she oversaw all revenue departments at the association, including Membership, LAMP, Communications and PMG Corporate Relations. Since her promotion to that position in 2012, GAMA has seen dramatic growth in revenue, membership, membership retention and LAMP attendance. In June 2014, Godsman took the helm as GAMA’s first, and youngest, female CEO.

Panos has an extensive 25 years of experience in insurance and financial planning since 1999, as a top-awarded insurance consultant and a TOT MDRT member. A pioneer in the insurance industry and an insurance futurist, he is an expert in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, internet marketing strategies, automation, CRM, virtual and augmented reality, and cutting-edge technologies in the insurance sector.

He is the inventor of two innovative software solutions for insurance needs analysis and financial planning, implementing the science of risk management, artificial intelligence, and extensive neuroscience and behavioral economics research on risk perception and decision-making. His work has earned him 11 global innovation awards from organizations like MIT.

He holds a certification in “AI for Business” from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) and is furthering his expertise in artificial intelligence through ongoing studies at MIT. He also holds certifications in LUTCF, IRMA, BRMA, and is pursuing additional studies with PRMIA (Professional Risk Management Association).

In 2020, he was honored with the esteemed global award for “Top 25 InsurTech CEOs of 2020.” A dynamic public speaker, he has inspired audiences in over 45 countries with his motivational and engaging style. Originally from Greece, he relocated to the USA, living in New York and Miami, after 2020.

It was at the age of 12 that Slava sunk his teeth into programming business and accounting systems and started his career at a textile plant in Kostroma, Russia – the city where he grew up.

At the age of 19, he was awarded the Scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation, one of the country’s most prestigious honors, recognizing exceptional academic and professional achievement. Only a select few students receive this distinction.

He went on to continue his education in a graduate program at Cornell University on a full scholarship, focusing on mathematical models of business processes.

In 1999, after earning both an MBA and a BS in Computer Science, Slava moved to the United States. He came to work for a technology company in New York, and later for an insurance company in North Carolina. In 2000, he founded SPI Software Solutions, Inc., which was later renamed GreenWave Commissions.

With over 30 years of experience in technology and insurance, Slava has made it his personal—and company—mission to “help BGAs, IMOs, and agencies make more money and grow faster by eliminating tedious manual processing and replacing it with automation and AI from start to finish”.

Mr. Peter Yu currently serves as 1 st Vice President at GAMAHK and holds as a Senior District Director at AIA International Limited. His visionary leadership and deep expertise have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and driving success within the industry.

With 16 years of experience, Mr. Yu has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead and inspire. He has successfully guided a team of over 150 professionals. Under his leadership, the team demonstrated exceptional resilience and performance, even amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. From 2022 to 2025, the team achieved remarkable consecutive double-digit growth rates of 58%, 36%, and 42%, reflecting sustained excellence and strategic execution.

His recent accolades and achievements underscore his exceptional leadership, outstanding performance, and unwavering dedication to driving success within the industry.

Dr. Hessam Emami is the President of GAMA Middle East and CEO of Omid Afarinan Zendegi Pasargad, with over 16 years of experience in the life insurance industry. He leads a national sales team of more than 700 advisors, issuing approximately 1,000 life insurance policies each month. 

Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, Dr. Emami is a two-time recipient of the prestigious GAMA MAA Award (2023 and 2024), honoring his outstanding leadership in agency building and talent development. He has been a featured speaker at major industry events, including GAMA Iran Day 2024 and the BLIS Seminar in Lebanon 2023.  

A strong advocate for leadership and personal growth, he has translated seven influential books in the field from English into Persian. Dr. Emami firmly believes: “If you help others achieve their dreams, you will eventually reach your own.” 

Piyawin Pichayangkul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Thammasat University, Thailand, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. Following his postgraduate studies, he began his career with Allianz, where he developed strong expertise in the insurance and financial services sector.

Natchanath “Nat” Limpichai currently serves as District Manager at CEO Wealthmate, where she is widely recognized as a dynamic and forward-thinking agency leader. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business English from Assumption University (ABAC) and a Diploma in Business Management from Regency College, UK, Nat brings both international perspective and local expertise to her role. She is also a certified Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner (FChFP) and an alumna of the prestigious GAMA Global Leadership Development Series.  

With over a decade of hands-on experience in life insurance and financial planning, Nat is more than just an advisor — she’s a trusted mentor, speaker, and role model in the industry. Her accomplishments include MDRT membership, the New Agency of the Year award (2012), and distinguished recognitions such as 3rd runner-up for New Agency Leader (2019) and Agency Leader of the Year (2023). She has also been invited to speak at high-profile platforms including Chubb Life Thailand and MDRT Thailand Day 2024.
